3. How to deal with products that are unqualified or do not meet the requirements?

After receiving your complaint, the after-sales staff will fill out the user complaint handling form and notify the quality management department within 1 working day. After receiving the information feedback, the quality management department will test the retained samples within 2 working days. If the test results are qualified and meet the requirements of the contract, the after-sales staff and sales staff will negotiate with you to solve the problem; if the test results show that there is indeed a quality problem, the return and exchange process will be initiated in time.

4. What if the product packaging is damaged?

If the product you received is damaged and cannot be used, you can contact us in time and we will arrange a replacement service for you within 1 working day.
